We had our first session of our Community Upholstery course on Wednesday.
We had to make a stool before we can start upholstering and we had a hilarious time together sanding, shaving, drilling, sawing the parts for the stool which Ed had kindly provided for us and assembling the parts.
They do look remarkably like stools! Looking forward to working with Sophie next week to start the upholstery process. Do let us know if you would be interested in doing a course similar to this. The stools we are making will become part of organicARTS’ new space upstairs in the grain barn
