Tree Circle

Tree Circle is a long term project by Beth Richards creating a celebrational space based on the trees in the Celtic Lunar Calendar.

The moat and mound were started by hand and finished by digger. The festival of Samhain was the first celebration to take place in the space.

The trees were planted on the 20th February, the festival of Imbolc.

The digging was started by hand.



Visitors to 9 Days of Art were invited to join in the digging.
